Then and Now. Here on the left you see where I started. I gained a significant amount of weight randomly because of birth control. In a mater of 3 months I gained about 20 lbs. Before this I was always naturally slim, never really went to the gym. Mainly went for cardio if anything. At that moment, when I took this photo is when I decided to start my fitness journey. There is no short cut to success, but the results are worth it.
